Over time, I began to notice that people called when they were in panic mode. We’d work hard to get through it, and then communication would cease until another crisis arose. Although this approach has been effective in relieving symptoms and the related pain, it did little to build and sustain leadership capability. This realization convinced me to structure my leadership coaching services in an ongoing subscription format with four options for you to consider: (Premium Gold, Gold, Silver and Bronze.) Each of these coaching packages consists of various combinations of the following six features: • Coaching Sessions   • One-on-One Coaching Sessions – Bronze coaching sessions will be conducted once per month and Silver, Gold and Premium Gold coaching sessions will be held two times per month. The lengths of the coaching sessions are determined by the coaching option you select. Each session will include an upfront check-in process, time to assess and address the most pressing issues the client is facing, practicing exercises designed to accomplish the client's development outcomes, and definition critical action steps to be implemented between sessions. • Awareness Building Exercise Sessions – work sessions focused on learning and practicing specific exercises designed to strengthen physical, mental, emotional and spiritual fitness levels, increase capacity for laser-like, single pointed focus, and deepen self awareness. • Development Planning Retreats – retreat time focused on developing and articulating purpose, vision, values, priorities, goals, and action plans at a personal and professional level. • Direct Observation – this is a shadowing process where the coach will directly observe the coaching client while they interact with their key constituency groups inside and outside the organization. (i.e., direct reports, employee groups, customers, etc.) These observation sessions will be debriefed to assess leadership effectiveness and opportunities for improvement. • e-mail support – e-mail support will be provided on an as required basis between scheduled coaching sessions.
