 Hi!
I’m Jim Anderson, founder of Key-Connections Inc. After
15 years of frontline experience leading and engaging teams
in navigating tremendous change, I decided to venture out and
create my own one-person, entrepreneurial company. Key-Connections
has allowed me to focus my attention on creating, applying,
and improving tools to support people and organizations in developing
self-awareness, improving leadership skills, and expanding the
capacity to grow deeper, more sustainable relationships.
